Ingredients
  

8 oz angel hair pasta 1 lb ground beef 1 small onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.Cook the Pasta: Boil angel hair pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.Prepare the Beef Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.Simmer the Sauce: Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.Layer the Casserole: Toss cooked pasta with sour cream. Spread half of the pasta mixture in the baking dish, then add half the beef sauce. Repeat layers.Add the Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.Serve & Enjoy: Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
