Ingredients:

  • 80g (⅓ cup) melted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the Crust

  1. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.

Step 2: Prepare the Nutella Filling
