– 10–12 large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
– 1 tbsp butter
– ½ tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp paprika
– ¼ tsp salt
– ¼ tsp black pepper
– ½ tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then poke holes with a fork.
3. Bake directly on the oven rack for about 50–60 minutes until tender.
4. Once done, let cool slightly, then cut in half and scoop out most of the flesh into a bowl.
5. Mash with butter, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
6. Fold in steamed broccoli and half the cheddar cheese.
7. Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins, top with the remaining cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes until melted.

Step 2: Cook the Steak
1. Pat steaks dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side, then add butter and baste for another minute.

3. Cook for  2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp before serving.
